Ingredientes
2 abacates maduros (mas rijos)
125 g de miolo de camarão cozido
4 colheres (sopa) de maionese
2 colheres (chá) de ketchup
2 colheres (sopa) de natas (ou
iogurte natural)
1 ovo cozido
Sumo de limão q.b.
Salsa q.b.
Sal q.b.
Picante q.b. (gindungo ou outro)
Corte os abacates no sentido do
comprimento.
Retire os caroços e a polpa com
cuidado para não rasgar a casca.
Esmague, ou corte a polpa do
abacate em cubinhos, e regue com o sumo de limão.
Misture os camarões com as natas,
a maionese e o ketchup, e tempere com
sal e picante.
Junte a polpa do abacate à mistura
e envolva.
Divida o preparado pelas cavidades dos abacates e polvilhe com o ovo e
salsa picados.

125 g boiled shrimp kernels
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons ketchup
2 tablespoons cream (or plain yogurt)
1 boiled egg
Lemon juice (as needed)
Salsa (as needed)
Salt (as needed)
Spicy q.b. (Gindungo or other)

Cut the avocados in the lengthwise
direction.
Remove the lumps and pulp carefully so as not to tear the shell.
Crush, or cut avocado flesh into cubes, and drizzle with lemon juice.
Mix the prawns with the cream, mayonnaise and ketchup, and season with salt and spicy.
Add the avocado pulp to the mixture and wrap.
Divide the preparation into the avocado cavities and sprinkle with chopped egg and parsley.
